Kyoto

Quiet City Full of Peace

After two days in Osaka, we continued our journey to Kyoto. There weren't too many places we could explore in Kyoto because we only stayed here for one night.

In Kyoto we only had time to visit a few places including: Fushimi Inari, Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka area. Previously we planned to visit Kiyomizudera Temple but when we got there unfortunately it was closed.

My personal favorite place is Fushimi Inari, unfortunately we haven't thoroughly toured Fushimi Inari. If we have another opportunities to go to Kyoto again, we will definitely visit this place again and definitely stay in Kyoto longer.

If you want to visit Fushimi Inari, it's best to do it in the morning because you can see the sunrise and the air is very cool. Apart from that, you can reach the top of Fushimi Inari.

Then, if you want to try wearing a kimono set and take a walk around Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, it's best to do it in the morning, because it turns out this place is very, very busy with tourists.

From Kyoto we returned to Tokyo. For continued Tokyo travel notes, don't forget to see the Tokyo post.
